 DOES NOT STORING CURD (yogurt) IN METALLIC VESSEL, WHY?

HARMFUL EFFECTS OF STORING MILK OR MILK PRODUCTS IN METALLIC VESSEL 

It’s advice note to store milk or milk products in metallic vessel because milk/milk products like curd contain lactic acid. Acid and metals always has a tendency to take part in chemical reaction resulted in formation of new products 

acid + metals——> salt + hydrogen gas 

Since milk and milk products contain acid if it is stored in metallic vessel, chemical reactions take place and new products are formed. This new products formed may be harmful to human beings if we consumed it.
