CYCLONES
Structure of a cyclone
Cyclones are very high speed wind rotating around a low pressure system. Centre part of cyclone is a calm area and it is called as eye of the storm.
How cyclones are formed?
Before the formation of cloud, Water absorbs heat energy and converted to water vapour. This water vapour in the atmosphere when changes to rain drops it releases the heat that absorbed. As a result air around it becomes warm and raises upward, causes drop in pressure. So so air rushes into centre (air move from high pressure area to the low pressure area). This cycle repeats and the chain of event resulted in the formation of a very low pressure system with very high speed wind revolving around it. This weather condition is called as cyclones.
