Mass of an object is amount of matter present in that object. Mass of an object is always constant. SI unit of mass is kilogram (kg)

WEIGHT 

Weight of an object is the force exerted on that object by gravity. Weight of an object is not a constant it changes from one place to place. Newton (N) is unit of mass.
